  • Prices for pick-ups outside the Boston metro area reflect drive time

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for reservations cancelled 72 hours before the reservation date
  • 50% refund for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation date
  • Full charge for any vehicle that arrives for a pick-up
  • Weather-related cancellations are fully refunded
